EYP is a great way to escape the city life and relax in a beautiful enviroment. The people that run the park are incredibly kind and the volunteers are interesting people who come from all over the world. It's also a great way to get healthy; practicing yoga twice a day and eating delicious vegetarian food!

Eco Yoga Park is a lovely place that holds a unique beauty. The staff, who run it, love and devotion is inspiring. And wether one is looking for a bit of relaxation, a somewhat “off the path” place to experience, or for deepening spiritual growth,Eco Yoga Park provides a sanctuary.

Through a series of random connections I ended up at the Eco Yoga Park, without the slightest clue of what to expect. But from the moment I arrived, I felt that I had come to this place for a reason. Originally planning to stay for a few weeks, I ended up staying for two months! The people were friendly, helpful and caring; the work was rewarding, the food amazing. Each day we spent about 5 hours working in the garden with Maria, learning how to plant, clean and harvest. It was great knowing that our work was helping support a self-sustainable community. Not only did I meet incredible people and make new friends that I'm still in touch with today, but I got to experience the peace and relaxation of yoga. For me, the Eco Yoga Park was not only rewarding, but spiritual as well. I would recommend it to anyone with an open mind, an interest in organic farming, yoga, vegetarianism, or just meeting new people. I even ended up traveling with several friends I made at the Eco Yoga Park. To any newcomers, I hope your experience was as fun as mine was!

A few months ago, I had the opportunity to stay at Eco Yoga Park in General Rodriguez, near Buenos Aries, Argentina. At the end of a bumpy country road, there lies a small paradise, full of yoga, work, and song.
I stayed for around a months time, worked in the organic garden, helped to prepare foods, harvested from other volunteers, practiced yoga, meditation and mantra. At the eco yoga park I had the opportunity to delve deeply into myself, and recognize the beauty within silence.
As a traveler from the states, I highly recommend making the Eco Yoga parks of Argentina a priority, especially this one. Arrive on the blissful property (seemingly blessed by the hand of God himself) with an open heart, and tell them that you were sent by the kitchen helper

I enjoyed being at the Eco Yoga park doing yoga and meditation. I have enjoyed having peaceful, quite nights on the farm, while learning to cook, do gardening and build a mud house.
